Centre for Teaching & Learning
The Centre for Teaching and Learning was formed to execute ideas and initiatives mooted by the Senate Committee for Teaching and Learning, an extension of the Senate at the University College. At BERJAYA UCH, the pedagogies and other teaching and learning methodologies are of the utmost importance to the academic staff as they reflect the values, vision and mission that embody the Institution’s spirit of learning. As such, there is continuous pursuit and research on the newest and best teaching practices, as well as continuous improvement exercises to enhance the effectiveness of our teaching on a regular basis.
Our existing model of the BERJAYA Immersion Methodology is a proud example of the teaching and learning commitment at BERJAYA UCH. It successfully immerses students into hands-on learning experiences which complements the theoretical knowledge acquired in classrooms. Both students and staff find this exciting recipe incredibly rewarding and effective in achieving the objective of providing a holistic educational experience to our students.
