Synopsis: This course is specially aimed at travel agents, unemployed graduates and individuals who are interested to pursue a career as a Tourist Guide with effective customer service, communication and interpersonal skills to promote tourism by disseminating information and understanding of Malaysia’s unique diversity of culture, beauty and heritage, sustainable eco-tourism, places of interest including the World Heritage cities of Melaka and Penang and empowering the concept of ‘Malaysia Truly Asia. This course will also enable participants to obtain the Tourist Guide license from the Ministry of Tourism and also to obtain the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Tahap 3) issued by the Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran under the auspices of Kementerian Sumber Manusia
