The Bachelor of Retail Management (Honours) aims to provide you with the opportunity to practise and develop skills and knowledge most valued by the retail sector, in particular and business, in general. You will gain an excellent business, education and the specialist approach needed for your chosen career. The programme is based around a core of business and management subjects combined with industry-related retail modules.

Professional Work Placement

Professional Work Placement
As an integral part of the programme, you will undergo 24 weeks of comprehensive professional work placement. It has been specially designed to give you an intensive hands-on learning experience within a challenging work environment.
You will be introduced to the complexities involved in managing large-scale as well as small-scale retail businesses.You will be able to demonstrate an awareness of the means used by retailers to integrate different functional areas such as buying, merchandising, logistic, marketing, operations and computing that will allow you to have a profound understanding and mastery of the Retail industry.

Entry Requirements:
• STPM or A-Levels or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) principal passes.
• UEC with a minimum of five (5) credits.
• Applicants with other qualifications are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Intakes:
• January, April & August

Duration:
• 3 years including 24 weeks of professional work placement.
