How do we do it?
Well, we in the School of Hospitality are interested in enlightening your head, hands and heart. Your head will be endowed with business knowledge, problem-solving and creativity so important in an industry where every day and every guest is different, your hands will be skilfully trained through immersion in our practical restaurant, café, hotel suite and other laboratory ‘classrooms’; and your heart will be inspired with passion for food, beverages, accommodation and genuine service to others. Who knows? You may even think of a way to successfully incorporate a tomato into a fruit salad as the next great hospitality entrepreneur!
