On campus, SHM offers the Diploma in Hospitality Management and Bachelor in Hospitality Management (Honours) programmes. Intake months are in January, April and August for both programmes. The Diploma in Hospitality Management programme covers all the major theoretical and practical components of hotel and catering operations. It is a comprehensive two and a half-year skills-driven programme that will enable students to acquire the skills needed to successfully manage a hospitality operation profitably, while adhering to world-class standards.
The degree programme equips the students with intellectual and leadership capabilities, which will allow students to move into a range of international managerial positions within prestigious organisations using the BERJAYA Immersion Methodology. Both programmes is the starting point for careers in the hospitality industry such as hotels, service apartments, medical centres, pubs, clubs and bars, restaurant, cruise liners, contract catering, retail outlets and fast food restaurants, just to name a few.

BERJAYA’s Immersion Methodology
Students will be guided using the unique BERJAYA Immersion Methodology, which involves a learning strategy that goes beyond classroom based learning. Students will be immersed into the industry through the school’s initiatives to combine education and live experiences shared by industry players and on the job exposures.
As a student you will learn and be a master in areas of;
