As part of BERJAYA UCH’s initiatives to ensure that you are well-prepared for your academic and personal life, we will provide the following types of counselling sessions to help meet your developmental needs.
Counselling is offered in areas such as relationship, family issues, emotional issues, academic challenges, stress and anxiety, emotional issues and adjustment to campus life.
Small groups of 6-10 students meeting with one or more trained facilitators and talk about a particular topic of concern.
Peer Counselling Programme
Peer counsellors will be trained by our Counsellors. (Kindly contact DoSS to ask how you can be a peer counsellor)
Workshops and Talks
To further enhance your overall well-being, we offer relevant workshops and talks on youth related issues such as stress management, managing challenges, cultural adaptation and personal development.
