Our mission is to provide the best accommodation facilities with supporting services to ensure that from the beginning till the end, your needs as a student are being met. It is also our mission to create a “Home Away from Home” accommodation concept and to inculcate the culture of providing the pastoral care and comfort of similar levels you receive at home.
Our accommodation is within the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur city and the Klang Valley. It is equipped with full amenities and public support facilities which enable you to enjoy and be comfortable during your stay in Malaysia.

Your safety and adjustment to university life are our top priorities and all of our accommodation options will have a student representative on site to oversee your needs. The student representative is specially selected, trained and supervised by our Accommodation Executive to provide the extra care for you.
Students can choose from a wide range of accommodation available through the Department of Student Services. Our Accommodation Executive is available to advise and assist students in all accommodation related matters.

NATWEST Residence
NATWEST Residence is located just 8km from Kuala Lumpur City Centre and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Berjaya UCH. It is situated in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, tucked away in a quiet, yet well-planned urban residential neighbourhood with good infrastructure and amenities. Nearby are:
Leisure Mall Shopping Centre, TESCO Hypermarket, GIANT Hypermarket, Food Courts and Restaurants, Pantai Medical Centre, HUKM Hospital.
Monthly rentals range from RM300.00 to RM550.00 per person.
Golden Triangle KL Residence
Location of the accommodation is just a stone’s throw away from Berjaya University College of Hospitality. Within the area, you will be able to savour a range of Malaysian and International cuisine, as well as retail therapy in the shopping malls catering to various needs.
Monthly rentals range between RM500.00 to RM2,000.00 per person.
Klang Valley Residence
Accommodation is also available within the radius of 25km, from Berjaya UCH where amenities, restaurants and convenient stores are easily accessible. Transportation is easily available to all via train, taxi or bus services.
Monthly rental range between RM300.00 and RM600.00 per person.
