Department of Student Services will coordinate with the Admissions & Records Department on matters concerning international student visa application.
• Student Pass Renewal
Department of Student Services will keep track of international students’ pass & visa record and ensure proper and timely renewal.
• Immigration Clearance
Department of Student Services will work closely with the authority to ensure proper immigration clearance procedure for international student at any of the entry points at KLIA / LCCT.
• Airport Pickup
Department of Student Services will keep track of international students’ arrival, create proper time-tabling in airport pick-up and ensure availability of transport.
• International Student Life and Orientation
The International Student Office (ISO) will coordinate international students’ life to ensure they settle down comfortably and conduct appropriate orientation programme for them.
• International Insurance
This will ensure proper insurance coverage is provided to international students.
• Cultural Adjustment and Welfare
To ensure international students are ready and prepared for life in a new environment, the International Student Office will organise relevant workshops upon the international students’ arrival.
