KUALA LUMPUR: BERJAYA University College of Hospitality (BERJAYA UCH) was proud to welcome the popular host of Asian Food Channel’s (AFC) Original Production “The Boss”, Chef Bruce Lim for his private new book launch at BERJAYA UCH’s Culinary Theatre!

Chef Bruce’s new book entitled –“Inside a Chef’s Life” is a collection of up to 60 recipes that actually reveals the development of Chef Bruce from an enthusiastic foodie to who he is today, a culinary expert. From special cooking techniques to new insights of cooking, all these elements could be found in the book!
