{"id":9274,"date":"2019-09-18T17:42:47","date_gmt":"2019-09-18T09:42:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.berjaya.edu.my\/university\/?p=9274"},"modified":"2019-12-09T14:08:54","modified_gmt":"2019-12-09T06:08:54","slug":"peru-embassy-18th-september-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.berjaya.edu.my\/university\/peru-embassy-18th-september-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Peru Embassy 18th September 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BERJAYA UC and the Embassy of Peru in Malaysia collaborated on two events recently: a cooking demo conducted by Chef Jaime Arbulu which was well received and participated by the students from BERJAYA UC and BTVET College, and an intimate dinner at Samplings on the Fourteenth attended by the media and industry partners of the University College.<\/p>\n<p>A photo exhibition of the Fiesta de la Candelaria is currently ongoing at Samplings on the Fourteenth until 27<sup>th<\/sup> September 2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The Candelaria is a spectacle of light and color, music and rejoicing, dance and art, but also of shadows and silence, of sincere faith and profound seclusion. It is a cheerful expression of the new spirit that encourages the inhabitants of Puno and the Peruvians. A hardworking spirit that during the whole year has accumulated enough riches to share as a symbol of success and progress to its peers. A spirit of teamwork and constant learning for achieving common goals in a group.
