BERJAYA UC and the Embassy of Colombia collaborated to bring Colombian Chef Alejandro Cuellar for a cooking workshop and a dinner event on Nov. 11, 2019. Chef Cuellar who is one of the most recognised chefs of Colombia supports innovative culinary techniques with Avant garde trends featuring Colombian roots and indigenous flavours. In a cooking workshop attended by BERJAYA UC and BTVET students, Chef Cuellar extolls foraging and usage of wild products and flavours. In an intimate dinner hosted by Ra\u00fal S\u00e1nchez Ni\u00f1o, Deputy Head of Mission for the Embassy of Colombia, Chef Alejandro featured favourites such as tartar de coctel de camarones, pescado moqueado en pure de tapioca fresca y tucupi, arroz con coco y posta negra and pannacota de majule y pi\u00f1as.<\/p>\n
