BERJAYA UC organised the Bocuse d\u2019Or National Selection last December 3, 2019. The winner qualifies as the Malaysian representative to the Continental Selection. During the competition that lasts 5 hours and 35 minutes, the teams will be compete in a \u201cspecially designed open kitchens where they will prepare 10 recipes on a plate and on a tray before a jury of top level professionals. The participants will need to demonstrate wonders of creativity and precise skills in order to create mouth-watering dishes and try to earn a place in the final by finishing in the top 5 in the Bocuse d\u2019Or Asia-Pacific.\u201d Winners will subsequently the Grand Finals to be held in Lyon, France in 2021.<\/p>\n
